Course overview

Stop Overthinking. Start Building.

Most people spend months, sometimes years, and thousands of euros building products no one wants. This 4-week intensive helps you avoid that trap by teaching the process behind building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that customers actually need.

You won't be coding full apps from scratch. Instead, you'll learn how to make smart product decisions, test assumptions early, and reduce waste, so when you do build, you're confident it's worth it.

Don't worry if you're not technical; we'll show you how to validate and build without writing a single line of code. If you are technical, we'll help you avoid the trap of over-engineering your first version.

Each week includes hands-on workshops where you'll apply everything to your actual product. No case studies about other companies; this is about your idea, your market, your customers. You'll get direct feedback from instructors who've been through this process multiple times and can spot the common mistakes before you make them.

The 4-Week Breakdown

Week 1: Validate or Die

Stop guessing what people want. We'll teach you how to run proper customer interviews, create landing pages that actually convert, and use data to kill bad ideas fast. You'll learn the difference between "fake validation" (asking friends and family) and real validation (getting strangers to give you money).

Week 2: Build the Right Thing

This is where we get tactical. You'll map out your user journey, prioritize features using the MoSCoW method, and create your first working prototype. We'll show you how to cut scope ruthlessly while keeping the core value proposition intact.

Week 3: Ship and Iterate

Deploy your MVP and get it in front of real users. We'll cover A/B testing, user feedback loops, and how to iterate based on actual usage data, not opinions. You'll learn how to set up proper analytics so you know what's working and what isn't.

Week 4: Scale What Works

Now that you have something people want, how do you grow it? We'll dive into growth metrics, customer acquisition strategies, and how to prepare for your next funding round or revenue milestone.

What You'll Walk Away With

→ A validated MVP scope you can realistically build

→ Real customer insights and early traction signals

→ A clear understanding of what not to build

→ A 90-day roadmap (not a finished product)

→ The ability to repeat this process on your next idea

More importantly, you'll have the mindset shift from "build it and they will come" to "validate it and then they'll pay for it."

01

Mid-Level to Senior Product Managers at established companies or early-stage startups who need to do quick and efficient validation.

02

Engineers or Technical Professionals ready to launch products, transition roles, or master the full product dev lifecycle, not just code.

03

Technical Startup Founders with product ideas but limited experience in structured product development or go-to-market strategy.

What people are saying

After a focused month of learning I gained skills on techniques used for image analysis, audio processing and creating AI agent systems that can translate between various forms of media. On my final project, I created an image to text IT ticketing system - celebrating a new achievement!

Just finished the course, and I have to say - Armagan Amcalar actually made AI make sense. He balanced deep theoretical foundations with real examples of what works and what doesn't in production. Instead of the usual "AI will change everything" hype, he showed us how to actually build useful stuff with it. Everything was hands-on and practical.
