Why Circular design ?

The circular approach contrasts with the linear model of take-make-use-dispose [...] because the aim of the business shifts from generating profits from selling artifacts, to generating profits from the flow of materials and products over time.

Circular design is about sustainability stories. The products we make, the business models we design, the pitches we present: all of them are stories of a more sustainable way of living, they enact change. You can be a Circular storyteller.

Telling tangible stories is what I do as a Circular Design Engineer working for VanBerlo part of Accenture, one of the largest design agency in Europe. Over the past 5 years, I've worked with FMCG companies such as Heineken, Unilever, Bayer & Reckitt Benckiser (Airwick, Vanish, Finish etc.) but also durable goods manufacturers such as EVBox & Europool Systems.

I've also guided several generations of Circular Economy consultants kickstarting their career by designing Circular transitions of companies such as Unilever and Danone through Ellen MacArthur foundation's accelerator program : From Linear to Circular.

If you're a change-maker wanting to amplify your positive impact on the world, this course is for you.
