Former product leader Workday | SVP Product Docebo | Head of Product Primark
I’ve spent my entire career at the intersection of HR, technology, and product management, on both sides of the buyer/vendor relationship.
I’ve led internal HR technology teams at large multinational companies - most recently as Head of Product for People & Culture at Primark. Before that I led product teams at Workday and Docebo (SVP Product), building HR tech products.
I love to teach B2B product management, strategy, culture, and leadership, and share my experience building successful products and teams across domains & stages.
My main area of expertise is employee experiences, HCM and Talent, including:
Former GTM Leader at Docebo | CX Leader at Shopify | Strategic Advisor
I’m a brand strategist and go-to-market leader with over a decade of experience driving growth for iconic B2B SaaS companies like Shopify and Docebo.
In all of my most recent leadership roles, I've focused on optimizing the customer journey, building Go-To-Market and Customer Experience strategies that drive product adoption, expansion, and lasting loyalty across the entire customer lifecycle. I'm an expert in crafting compelling brand and product narratives that help companies stand out in competitive markets.
Now, I’m combining my extensive experience in CX, GTM strategy, and brand positioning to help HR and People Experience leaders transform employee experience. I teach organizations how to adopt a product and customer mindset in designing PX initiatives that are not only aligned with business objectives but also create environments where employees thrive, authentically.
With a track record of scaling high-performing teams and leading impactful initiatives that drive tangible results, I’m excited to share practical, proven strategies and frameworks that help leaders and practitioners drive lasting change in their organizations.
