Real-World Scenarios, for Real-World Success: Let's Make Change Manageable Again

Unlike traditional, theory-heavy programmes, Change Leadership Fundamentals delivers a uniquely practical and immersive experience. At the heart of this course is a carefully crafted, fictitious change scenario which reflects real-world interpersonal and organizational challenges.

This scenario-driven approach fosters a relatable learning environment and creates a safe space for open discussions about difficult situations and characters—with no need to mention colleagues or confidential company details.

Designed with resource-constrained teams in mind, each module is designed for simplicity and ease-of-use. There’s no need to worry about complex tools that nobody has time to maintain. Instead, you will learn skills and strategies you can immediately apply to your own organization.

By the end of the two-week programme, you’ll be able to:

1) Craft compelling change stories that inspire stakeholder alignment and action.

2) Integrate change and project management for seamless execution.

3) Build consensus and address resistance effectively.

4) Sustain success through robust handovers and onboarding strategies.

Whether you're a change manager, project manager, or organizational leader, this highly engaging, results-oriented program empowers you to lead change with confidence and impact.

Secure your spot and join the movement to make change manageable again.

Hi Change Leader,

My name is Dawn and I’m here to help you navigate organizational change using structured frameworks and processes that unlock team capacity and minimize overwhelm.

My personal and professional life has been built on the need to effectively anticipate and manage change. Being a German of Kenyan origin, and now based in the UK, change has always been my lived experience. It has also helped me build a successful career in communications, coaching and consulting with some of the biggest names in logistics, transportation, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and retail.

I have trained with ProSci and Prince 2, qualified as a Co-Active Coach, and I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With thousands of hours of formal and informal coaching and consulting experience, I have tried and tested countless change management approaches.

I also understand that today's change leaders need more than abstract theories. They need practical tools and real-world insights. They need the confidence to lead their business through times of uncertainty. Above all, they need the skills to create a collaborative, change-ready culture that drives change efforts at scale.

Let’s work together to make change manageable again.
