There is no prework, just turn up at the right time virtually in person and we can start the journey into learning new ways of working.

Prework

We start with an overview of an example completed Information Product Canvas to explain the what, why and how. You then break out into groups and complete the first areas in the canvas, based on the case study. We regroup for Q&amp;A to answer any questions you may have.

Session 1  (90 minutes)

We continue on from Session 1, breaking out into our groups, completing a Canvas area, then Q&amp;A until you have successfully completed the Information Product Canvas. We all yell Whoot! We finish the session with an overall Q&amp;A to answer any outstanding questions you may have.

Session 2  (90 minutes)
