But, what if things were different? How to Design and Run an Effective Meeting was created to help you do something you already want to do: make work with other people more enjoyable by making the time everyone spends in meetings more effective. This 10 hour course will give you everything you need to systematically remove the guesswork from designing and running effective meetings. Every lesson includes step-by-step instruction, real-life examples, practical techniques, and opportunities for you to immediately apply it all at work. The course culminates into a project day where you will get the opportunity to share your new skills with fellow cohort members. Each session builds upon the previous session, helping you create a personalized toolbox that can be used over and over again to run impactful meetings.
