Week 1

5 Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. This book explores the dysfunctions that hold teams back from working well together. With so much of Agile success coming from effective teamwork, this book will give you many strategies that will help make your teams more successful.

Week 2

Tribal Leadership by by Dave Logan, John King, Halee Fischer-Wright. This book shows how successful teams create environments where people want to show up and do their best.

Week 3

Good to Great by Jim Collins. This classic of business literature explores the principles that make for great companies. While the examples may be dated, the strategies are as relevant today as when it was published.

Week 4

Team of Teams by by&nbsp;Stanley McChrystal. This book explains how the army was able to transition away from top down command to empowering teams that can act with independence. The lessons are extremely relevant for supporting self-organizing teams.

Week 5

This class is for busy people, so everything you need to do will happen during the weekly hour long class. While you are encouraged to review the material ahead of time and answer some of the questions. We will discuss everything in our live class.
