A great panel starts with good organization - we'll talk about when and how to pick your guests, how to find and choose a moderator, and how to refine the topic &amp; the setting.

The basics

Moderating a panel well is an art. I will share everything I learned in my seven years of experience, covering how to connect with speakers, how to structure a panel in terms of storytelling and how to prepare the big day.
