Review the day-in-the-life of a CoS. Identify the hard skills, soft skills and temperament of an A-player CoS. Evaluate your own career history and identify any skills gaps.

Identify an ideal target CoS job

Decide which Chief of Staff role you wish to pursue, what type of company you want to work at, and who you'd like to serve.

Build a plan to become an A+ CoS candidate

Define a roadmap to become a top CoS candidate, including your professional development plan and candidate materials.

Leverage the power of branding to tell your unique story

Review your own work & life history and decide which parts to bring forth in your candidacy.

Get tips and tricks for your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn

Understand what creates a successful Chief of Staff application - resume, cover letter and LinkedIn. Review a checklist of things to avoid and things you must do.
