Establish Your B2B Marketing Foundation

In this module, you will:

  • understand marketing's purpose and how its 8 disciplines can help grow your startup.
  • use a marketing canvas to gain clarity and confidence on your startup's strengths and unfair advantages.
  • study successful marketing practices and habits, and apply them to your startup.

Embrace a Customer-Centric Mindset

In this module, you will:

  • create an ideal customer profile to better sell your B2B offering.
  • profile your best customer, so you use language that resonates and content that converts.
  • craft a buyer's journey to ensure you speak to your prospect at the right time, in the right place.

Craft Content and Distribution Plans

In this module, you will:

  • expand your buyer's journey with a content matrix to map out which assets you have and need.
  • look at distribution channels and choose the most important ones.
  • study the 'CE framework', so you in one effort create content pieces for weeks.

04

Build Your Starter Marketing Plan

In this module, you will:

  • connect the dots from previous modules and flesh out an OGMS framework into actionable steps.
  • draft a starter marketing plan and examine how to review and improve every 2 weeks.

Course schedule

2 weeks | 6-8 hours per week

    6 hours per week

    This is a hands-on course. You'll be working in parallel to the workshops, filling out templates and crafting your plan.
