Following the course, you, your team and fellow leaders will be better prepared to apply Adaptive Leadership and Capability methods to your challenges, conditions and context. By approaching challenges from an idealized future state and working backwards to the means to operate and adapt in that future state, you will experience and affect a leadership transformation from individual leaders working alone and together to a organizational leadership capability that acts as one.
