  • Week 1

    Jan 27—Jan 28

    Modules

    • Leading Complex Programs

To lead complex programs you must understand the root of complexity.

      • No two programs are the same
      • Build and fly the plane at the same time
      • Ambiguity and Uncertainty
      • Desire, Possibilities, Scarcity

Complexity can be handled but it will rarely be the same approach. Every program will require a slight tweak to the fundamental approach.

  • Week 2

    Jan 29—Feb 4

    Modules

    • TPM Superpowers

Some would call these "soft skills", others will call them "EQ", however for me these skills are the "real skills" that make a TPM stand out:

      • Your ability to decompose large complex systems.
      • Your ability to navigate a difficult personality
      • Your ability to influence without authority
      • Your ability to be a GREAT TPM.

In this module we will focus on developing these skills.
