📚 Every person I meet or talk about Technical Program Management with always asks - what books do you recommend I should read to become better at this craft?
Blogs, newsletters, and the internet are great resources for acquiring knowledge on the go. However, books will always be the OG sources of knowledge.
🤔 Why? They are a labour of love and the authors pour the entirety of their lived experiences, expertise, and knowledge into them.
Over time, I have collected my own personal favorites that I think every Technical Program Manager MUST READ.
