Before his tenure at Biteable and Calendly, Brent held key roles at several prominent organizations including Thrive Global, PicMonkey, SurveyMonkey, and Spectrum Equity. His venture into operating roles began with SurveyMonkey, where he undertook various leadership roles, including Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager of SurveyMonkey Audience.
With a foundational background in financial services, starting from his early days at Piper Jaffray as Investment Banking analyst and then at Spectrum Equity as an associate, Brent's journey has been characterized by consistent growth, strategic foresight, and an unwavering commitment to driving organizational success and innovation.

Assignments, course content, and supplemental readings will be provided.
Session 1: Company Foundation & POV
1 Hour
We'll cover the basics of Mission, Vision, Values, POV including several examples. We'll get you started drafting your own to put your foundation in place.
Session 2: Communication & Operating Rhythm
1 Hour
We'll walk through the different types of communication and how to organize them and use them efficiently. You'll build out your own framework and learn different best practices to drive alignment.
Session 3: Setting KPIs, Goals, and roadmaps
1 Hour
We'll go through funnel approaches to identify core KPIs (monetization, marketing, activation). Then, we'll use those KPIs to help identify themes and goals. These are the precursors to empowering your team to build roadmaps with KPI-aligned, high-impact initiatives.
Session 4: Implementation & Execution
1 Hour
In the final in-person session, we'll tie everything together and discuss tools, systems, templates, and ways to implement your learnings. This will also be a highly interactive session for the group to share and get feedback on their foundation assignments.
