🙋🏻‍♀️ FAQ's

How will I learn so much in such a short amount of time?

I take a direct and no-nonsense approach to teaching; your time is too valuable to waste. And, as an adjunct university professor, I use a similar approach in this course as I do in my other classes:

- Lecture (learning concepts with examples and discussion in live classes)

- Application (an assignment to apply what you have learned to your work environment)

- Peer Review (group feedback on your applications)

Is everything I learn going to be all theory and no practice?

No, that couldn't be further from the truth. You will learn AND apply your learning in this course. And, as the final project, you will develop a plan to continue building on what you've learned long after the course ends.

Are you available during the course if I have any questions?

Yes, I will be available by chat and email the entire time. Plus, if you would like, I am happy to schedule "office hours" to meet over zoom.

Are you a good teacher?

I learned growing up not to brag, but I will share that I consistently get top marks in student evaluations including the most important question - would you recommend this professor to someone else? (please refer to my testimonials)

Michael is one of the people I go to for help when I’m facing a tough problem at work because he’s both wise and pragmatic. I have learned so much from Michael and would not be where I am without his support and advice.         Michael was a great help to me and my team in helping guide us through a period of difficult transition. He's a great listener and knows when to be just a sounding board and when to bring in the hardcore advice. His feedback was always intelligent and helped us take our own ideas to the next level.
