Natalie Bowman (@missbeaux)

Natalie Bowman is 20+ year marketing leader, a brand boss, award-winning performance marketer and all-around professional powerhouse. Her career experience spans tech, retail, automotive, fashion & travel. 


She currently serves as the Managing Director of Marketing & Advertising for Alaska Airlines. Prior to landing at Alaska, she was the VP of Advertising at Neiman Marcus. Brand marketing roles at Microsoft, Land Rover, Ogilvy & Mather and Nissan round out her career experience.


She also parties in the DTC space as the owner of Oh Happy Day Party Shop, the shop featuring the most pinned Party content on Pinterest.


Her campaigns for major brands have won a Cannes Lion, a One Show pencil, an Effie, an Anvil and more. She’s been named an Ad Age Digital Trailblazer and Rising Brand Star, a MAKERS Women Awardee and one of Brand Innovators top 100 Women to Watch.
