I designed 'Radically Aligned Teams' to help leaders like you create more effective organizations.
Early in my career I became a leader of designers and strategists. It took me years to feel confident leading diverse teams of intelligent, opinionated, and creative individuals.
I discovered that the secret to team effectiveness and productivity is alignment — not control. But alignment is complex. It requires strategic clarity, a sense of shared purpose, good interpersonal relationships, efficient operations, and more.
In six class sessions, and three labs, you'll learn the science and art of team performance. You'll engage with me, fellow learners, and guest experts — and walk away with practical tools and fresh insights.
This is not just a course — it's a space to explore what really makes teams click; and to share, learn, and grow together as leaders.
Join the ranks of professionals from companies like Meta, Vimeo, Unilever, and NYU, who've transformed their leadership through this course.
I look forward to meeting you, —Bob Gower
