What people are saying

I thought Leading Great Teams would be good professional development. I had no idea how much I'd learn about how teams work, why they may be struggling, and more importantly, how to create a great team. Yep, I learned HOW - which is often lacking in leadership training. Bob kept the pace and us engaged! 10 stars, highly recommended!

This was an excellent course that helped me reframe my thinking around our organization's management strategies. I was initially nervous that as a non-profit, some of the conversations wouldn't be relevant, but I found a lot of value in talking to other attendees in the cohort across different functions and really benefited from it.

Successful communication leads to intentional action, which can only happen with enrollment. Radical Alignment offers you a  breakthrough in finding all three.

Bob is one of the very few people I've ever met who has years of experience, and is well-versed in the latest, cutting-edge approaches. He's incredibly high IQ and high EQ — that is very, very rare. He's a pretty special consultant and advisor.

From understanding small shifts I could make at a company, leadership, and individual level to larger theories, I walked away with more empathy for myself, my team, and CEO. Due to implementation of frameworks from this course, we've experienced a total culture shift, eNPS is trending up, and I have more confidence in our leadership approach.

We didn’t glide across the surface, we dug in and I could use the material right away. It was SO valuable to learn with other students from a range of industries. Thanks, Bob!

Leading Great Teams gave me a great model of how teams can and should work. I had extremely high expectations, and my expectations were met. The Team Assessment, Team Charter, and User Manual were my favorite tools. Truly thankful for all of these extras! Bob, his team, and everyone in the cohort were very generous and kind.

Epic: that’s what the Leading Great Teams course is. Bob Gower leads sessions by combining thought leadership, education and discussion, with taking action with our own teams, which is where the magic really happens. This course helped me approach work with a better understanding of and care for myself as a leader. What a breakthrough,
