I've always been passionate about how people work together to create a better future.
My path has taken me many places: Japan (studying meditation and martial arts for several years), rural America (working in factories, on farms and construction crews), Silicon Valley (managing design and product), and eventually to offices and boardrooms around the world (advising and coaching leaders at companies like GE, Spotify, and Wikimedia).
Along the way I earned a BA in Philosophy, an MBA in Sustainable Systems and wrote two books ('Agile Business' and 'Radical Alignment').
