What leaders are saying:

Bob is one of the very few people I've ever met who has years of experience, and is well-versed in the latest, cutting-edge approaches. He's incredibly high IQ and high EQ — that is very, very rare. He's a pretty special consultant and advisor.

Leading Great Teams gave me a great model of how teams can and should work. I had extremely high expectations, and my expectations were met. The Team Assessment, Team Charter, and User Manual were my favorite tools. Truly thankful for all of these extras! Bob, his team, and everyone in the cohort were very generous and kind.

Successful communication leads to intentional action, which can only happen with enrollment. "Radical Alignment" offers you a  breakthrough in finding all three.

I registered for Leading Great Teams because I thought it would be good professional development. I had no idea how much I'd learn about how teams should work, why they may not be working, and more importantly, how to create a great team. Yep, I learned HOW - which is often lacking in many leadership development workshops. I appreciated that Bob ke

Bob provides a simple set of tools that will help you and your team align and thrive.

Bob Gower
Bob Gower

I've always been passionate about how people work together to create a better future.

My path has taken me many places: Japan (studying meditation and martial arts for several years), rural America (working in factories, on farms and construction crews), Silicon Valley (managing design and product), and eventually to offices and boardrooms around the world (advising and coaching leaders at companies like GE, Spotify, and Wikimedia).

Along the way I earned a BA in Philosophy, an MBA in Sustainable Systems and wrote two books ('Agile Business' and 'Radical Alignment').

Now I'm pulling everything I know about leading great teams into the course I wish I'd had when I was starting out. Please join me as we explore together how to help your teams perform at their best.
