Cindy loves places, people and perfomance. For over a decade, she held a corporate HR career in Germany and the US. She discovered coaching conversations as a more influential way to shape people and cultures.

In 2019, she founded Blue Mountains Coaching, a boutique personal development practice offering coaching and mindfulness services. She lives and works in most time zones on Darug & Gundungarra country, 90 minutes west of Sydney, Australia.

She is trained in mindfulness by Diana Winston, director of UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center and maintains her daily, personal practice.
