How can you create a great Community Experience? Use UX and Product approaches to make communities people love.
Course overview
Don't fall into the 'engagement trap,' putting more time into creating content or moderating comments than actually connecting.
The best communities change our lives.
Leave with a tailored action plan to boost interconnection and a network of practice and support.
01
You're an entrepreneur, course builder, coach, or community manager who cares deeply about your members and fostering transformation
02
You're a connector who knows the power of meaningful relationships - even if you're actually an introvert
03
You host a Slack, Discord, FB Group, Mighty Network, or Circle & you're ready for real community where people know and care about each other
Deep levels of engagement
Your community will support meaningful connection and keep members active and returning.
A sense of belonging
Members won't feel lonely in your community again, and neither will you. You'll feel supported in your community and in ours.
Members who do more
Foster leaders and scale your impact as you help your most engaged members find the roles that give them a sense of significance.
Direction and accountability
As community builders, we can get discouraged when community becomes content creation and moderation instead of people connecting. We help each other navigate the shift.
Navigate tricky areas with ease
Conflicts, money, and growth can trip up even great communities. Learn how to handle them all with grace.
