Bella Ikpasaja

I’m a London-based Corporate Governance specialist in Employee-led Safety, Equity and Wellbeing.


I love designing tools to help workplaces thrive, innovate and grow. My experience spans more than a decade of strategic consultancy experience working with UK and global organisations including The British Film Institute, BNP Paribas Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, Innovate UK, and Network Rail.


In July 2022, I signed a publishing deal with the LinkedIn Corporation. To design and deliver a LinkedIn Learning Instructor course for HR & People teams, as a guide for building Inclusive Psychological Safety.


I bring both a ‘big picture’ perspective as a former Advertising Executive and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.


As an advocate for the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, my mission impact areas are: Gender Equality, Dignity at Work, and Reduced Inequalities


I’ve a Masters’ Certificate in Corporate Governance and International Business Ethics, w/ International HR Management.


And I'm a Board Trustee (Risk & Care Practice) for an Autism Charity in Oxford, UK.

    11:00am - 12:00pm EST

    Our cohort workshops begin on Tuesday November 15, where you'll study, apply and practice in small breakout sessions, plus have individual time to reflect.


    I'll stay back after each workshop, for LIVE Q&A discussions on work-related safety matters - if I'm notified directly.
