Hey I'm Palak. I have two decades of recruiting experience on both the corporate side for firms like EY and Infosys and my own recruiting firm working with thousands of candidates and hiring leaders over almost 20 years.


I know what employers are looking for. Networked with thousands of SMEs to executive professionals, I have a proven track record of matching people with their ideal opportunities.


Why I started this course?


Back in 2010 when I was in the middle of my recruiting career, I had candidates consistently approaching me for help. They weren’t getting call backs after applying for jobs. They were lots of non-relevant job pitches or pitches for roles below their seniority or salary levels. They were struggling for months to land the right kinds of interviews.


I offered the standard advice most recruiters offer - have a ‘good’ LinkedIn profile headline, post content regularly and complete your Experience section - but it wasn’t really working.


It seemed that no matter how many times I shared this boilerplate advice, it didn’t move the needle for candidates.


But that's when it hit me. I needed to try something new, something different, an approach that wasn’t...generic and not based on a sound methodology of how recruiters and hiring leaders ACTUALLY look at LinkedIn profiles…and instead...I created my own framework based on the principles of how users engage content online.


I tested out my idea. And that's when I finally was able to help candidates get the results they'd been looking for…
