In this bootcamp style class we will dive deep into the art and science of product marketing.

Course syllabus

01

Module 1: Product Marketing Assessment Audit

Introduction to course framework and pre-course assessment review. We will review the results of a pre-course product marketing assessment that you will complete. Through peer and teacher feedback we will identify your most critical product marketing challenges we are looking to solve.

Module 2: Product Marketing and Business Alignment

Understanding the Role of Product Marketing, review key concepts and frameworks in product marketing, identify target customers and market segmentation


We will do this through:

  • Interactive exercises to analyze target customer profiles
  • Group discussions to explore different market segmentation strategies
  • Case study review

Module 3: Crafting a compelling value proposition

We will define and refine your current value proposition, share best practices for conducting competitive analysis and positioning and dive deep into examples of effective messaging and storytelling for product marketing.


We will do this through:

  • Individual exercises
  • SWOT Analysis feedback
  • Real world guest lecture

Product launch strategies and tactics

Learn frameworks to plan and execute on successful product launches. Develop aligned go to market plans and strategies, all while driving cross-functional collaboration for launch success.


We will do this through:

  • Group simulation exercise and product marketing launch plan tear down
  • Cross functional collaboration brainstorm and real world lecture

Marketing Campaign Development and Execution

Learn how to design effective marketing campaigns, select right channels and tactics and measure/analyze campaign performance and post product launch metrics.


We will do this through:

  • Collaborative group activity developing a marketing campaign plan for a simulated product
  • Interactive discussion on channel selection and campaign optimization

Aside from the three 90-minute interactive sessions, you will have access to recorded videos, and Archita's marketing templates. (Some topics: how to write better case studies; checklists for aligning marketing goals with overall business objectives, stakeholder analysis, measure the success of marketing campaigns; and more.)

  • Wednesday, June 14th

    6:00 - 7:30 PM CET

    Module 1&2

    Each session will involve interactive lecture and breakout groups. Most of the coursework will be done during class.

  • Wednesday, June 21

    6:00 - 7:30 PM CET

    Module 3 & 4

    Each session will involve interactive lecture and breakout groups. Most of the coursework will be done during class.

  • Thursday, June 22

    6:00 - 7:30 pm CET

    Module 5

    Each session will involve interactive lecture and breakout groups. Most of the coursework will be done during class.

  • Thursday, June 22 Mixer + AMA

    1 bonus session: 7:30 - 8:30 PM

    Students can also join an optional bonus session! Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Archita and guests. We will also celebrate graduation and have a networking mixer with everybody in the course.

  • Self Paced Lessons

    3 hours total

    You will also get short videos and separate reading to do on your own time — with forever-access to the material. All will be additive, not required, for full understanding of the course concepts.

  • 20 min 1:1

    At your own time

    Schedule 20 mins post session 1:1 with Archita ($350 value for FREE). Ask her anything and she will help.
