Module 1: Assessment Review
Introduction to course framework and pre-course assessment review. We will review the results of a pre-course cross departmental assessment that you will complete. Through peer feedback we will identify your most critical collaboration problem to solve for.

Module 2: Marketing and Business Alignment
An interactive group exercise where we will review case studies and best practice examples of tying in marketing objectives to business goals. We will also define the best communication corridors to drive sustainable engagement with your marketing plans.

Module 3: Evaluate KPI's and Establish Communication Corridors
Business reviews, scorecards, quarterly reviews: how best to turn marketing KPI's into metrics that matter for the overall business.

Start your unified business plan
Utilizing the learnings of the last three modules we will start developing your unified business plan that you can engage your key stakeholders with the very next day.

Bonus, cheat sheets and more
Aside from the four 90-minute interactive sessions, you will have access to recorded videos, and Archita's marketing templates. (Some topics: how to write better case studies; checklists for aligning marketing goals with overall business objectives, stakeholder analysis, measure the success of marketing campaigns; and more.)
3:00 PM to 4:30 PM CET
Each session will involve interactive lecture and breakout groups. Most of the coursework will be done during class.
2 bonus sessions
Students can also join two optional bonus sessions! One pre-course meet & greet, and one Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Archita and guests. We will have two guests that will join us and will share best practices they have implemented successfully in large Fortune 500 comp

You will also get short videos and separate reading to do on your own time — with forever-access to the material. All will be additive, not required, for full understanding of the course concepts.
