WHY IS STARTED THIS COURSE
After coaching both AI-native founders and SaaS leaders integrating AI, I kept seeing the same challenge: translating AI capabilities into clear, credible value propositions. These teams were skilled at building, fine-tuning, and imagining advanced AI solutions—but often struggled to connect those innovations to real customer needs in a way that felt grounded, testable, and trustworthy.
Too often, AI promises get lost in hype or feel disconnected from buyer reality. What’s needed is a first-principles approach to define value where the customer actually is—not where the tech wants them to be.
That’s why I created this course. It’s built around tested frameworks like the Attractive Value Experience (AVX) and Minimum Viable & Valuable AI Product (MV²AP), designed to help teams build and validate real-world AI value propositions.
