We will talk about remote work, stress and risk behaviours. We will practice tools to help you stay in balance, and you will reflect on your status and environment.

We will talk about how we can increase our focus and deal with unhelpful and stressful thoughts.

Self-assertiveness & communication

We will talk about healthy self-assertiveness and go through practical tools on how you can apply a more assertive communication.

  • Learn to communicate your boundaries
