Olga is a General Partner at Improve Ventures, an early stage VC, that invests in exceptional teams in Africa, Latam and SE/SEA.

She is an asset management professional and talent development specialist, working at the intersection of science, technology, culture and education for the last 15 years.

Previously, Olga was a co-founder and operator in multiple early-stage ventures in 10+ industries across 3 continents. She also worked extensively with accelerators, venture studios, angel networks, early-stage VCs, corporate investors and P/E.

She joined Business Angel School as a co-founder back in 2021 to expand the variety of programs and amplify the network effect.
