If you miss a live session, replays are sent the same day. But live attendance is best for real-time interaction with the cohort and me, enriching your learning experience. It's a great chance for immediate feedback and community engagement, key to mastering the course material.

The course has a 1.5-hour live workshop on Tuesdays for 4 weeks, plus 1-1.5 hours of weekly self-work. If you miss a live session, don't worry! You'll still benefit greatly by asking questions, engaging with the cohort, and receiving my coaching, ensuring a valuable learning experience.
