Published author & business leader helping others grow with clarity & courage

Hi, I’m Amaro — an international sales executive, coach, and lifelong learner with over two decades of experience in global business development, negotiation, and people-first leadership.

Originally from Portugal and based in the Netherlands since 2007, I speak six languages and have worked across cultures, industries, and continents. My journey has included launching my own export business, leading multinational sales teams, and navigating both failure and success with resilience and curiosity.

Alongside my business career, I’m a passionate public speaker and writer. I regularly publish on LinkedIn, contribute to Quora, and coach individuals and teams on sales, productivity, communication, and personal growth.

What drives me is helping others unlock clarity, confidence, and momentum — whether in their careers, businesses, or everyday challenges. I created this course to share the real-world tools and mindsets that have made a difference in my life and those I’ve mentored.

Let’s grow together — with honesty, courage, and a few good laughs along the way.
