Course overview

Unlock Your Leadership Potential in the Age of AI

In today's rapidly shifting business landscape, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) is more than a trend; it's a fundamental shift shaping the future of industries worldwide.

In fact, a 2023 study from Accenture found that 3 out of 4 C-suite executives believe that if they don’t scale artificial intelligence in the next five years, they risk going out of business entirely.

Navigating this new age takes more than building ML models; it calls for strategic and human-centric leadership, clear vision, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

That's where "AI for Business Leaders" comes in.

Over the span of two weeks (4 live Zoom classes), you'll be guided through an exciting exploration tailored specifically for business leaders and executives like you.

Here's what you can expect:

• Contextualizing AI into your business and the environment today

• Finding your first AI use case

• Methods to evaluate and prioritize use cases

• My favorite AI examples for enterprise and personal productivity

• Real-world tactics of ML execution, including business trade-offs

• Change management for AI

• Responsible AI deployment and risk mitigation

• How building responsible AI can enhance customer trust and value

• My favorite AI tools and resources for business leaders

And in addition to Allie, this course features four world-class guest speakers who have built multi-billion dollar AI businesses, led global teams working on the most innovative new technologies, and changed the world:

• Day 1: Founder of one of the most used AI tools in the world

• Day 2: 20-year tech and AI executive, with deep experience in the US and Europe

• Day 3: Silicon Valley C-suite executive at top AI company

• Day 4: AI governance CEO and White House Advisor

This course is designed to be a well-rounded approach to AI learning, and will include live slide presentations, insightful leaders, Q&A, worksheets and resources, and community networking. And if you can't join live, don't worry—all sessions are recorded.
