Stakeholder Mapping Template

Being able to effectively communicate with your stakeholders depends on understanding who they are and what matters to them. A key technique for gathering this understanding is creating a power map that identifies your stakeholders, categories their interest and influence, and enables you to assess how to best engage with them. This template provides a guide for starting your own map.
