She hails as a technical advisor and consultant dedicated to deliver best-in-class learning and development in public and private sectors institutions.
Akeish has a M.Ed in Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education, and holds several post graduate Executive Leadership certifications from the JHU, Carey School of Business.

Mykella is a behavior change specialist, social educator, executive coach, institutional organizer and tactical strategist with experience in collective well-being research, equity fame-work development, and coalition-building. Her experience as an educational and change management leader has allowed her to facilitate innovative growth for companies, school districts, cities, and communities. Her work has lead to the achievement of strategic goals related to organizational culture, workforce educational, collective well-being, and environmental sustainability across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
