Our Agile and Scrum Bootcamp is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to advance their careers in the field of Agile and Scrum.


By participating in our 10-week program, students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and obtain two highly sought-after industry certifications: ICAgile Fundamentals (ICP) and Scrum Foundations from Scrum Alliance.


In addition, by the end of the course, students will have all the knowledge they need to pass the PSM I test from scrum.org and earn the Professional Certified Scrum Master (PSM) certification.


These certifications demonstrate a high level of expertise and credibility in the industry and can open up new job opportunities and career advancement opportunities for students.


Throughout the course, students will learn from experienced instructors and peers, participate in interactive sessions and exercises, and receive personalized feedback and guidance.

Nimesh Soni

Nimesh Soni

Nimesh is a Coach, Mentor, Trainer, Author, and an Enterprise Transformation Consultant mentoring organizations in transition to value-driven approaches. He has been a key architect of transformation at various organizations including several of the Fortune 500 companies.


Taking pragmatic approach towards transformation at organizations, he often mixes his agile expertise with a common sense approach while making it visual with illustrations and drawing so that it creates lasting impact.


Nimesh is an ICAgile authorized instructor as well as Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC/CSC) from Scrum Alliance and has helped various organizations as well as individuals on their transformation journey.

Principle Consultant

Brad is an Agile Leader, Product Owner, Coach, and Scrum Master who works with organizations both strategically and tactically to pilot, adopt and transform.  Some of his most recent accomplishments have been with Hawaii's largest organizations.


He is passionate about supporting the growth of agility, engaging observantly and intentionally from extensive  IT, application and embedded systems development experience and career foundations in process improvement.  He has shifted focus and become more passionate about attaining and sharing unique agile expertise through coaching and training. 


Experience

Brad’s experience and approach is founded on working with industry leaders across the spectrum.  His experiences includes facilitating organizational transformation using practical knowledge, agile practices and the Carnegie Mellon SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMMI) framework for capability and process improvements.


His approach is to set expectations, assess, partner, plan, coach, build and deliver value with strategic partners.  He will build alliances with strategic service delivery partners, subcontractors, independent contractors, leadership and collocated and distributed agile functional and technical onshore/nearshore/offshore teams fostering transparency, open communication, collaboration and facilitation.
