As a Business Analyst, this course provided practical skills that I can immediately apply to my current projects. I learned how to create prototypes, reports, and dashboards that better communicate business needs while leveraging AI to identify additional scenarios, requirements, and design considerations. The course also highlighted the value of AI-assisted prototyping over traditional Excel-based mockups.
